If it appears that shipment will exceed 18 days, we will make every attempt to contact you to let you know about any delays. We value your business and will do all that we can to expedite shipments.
Sales Taxes: We must charge sales taxes for any items shipped within Texas, unless you provide us with a valid resale number (for Texas), or appropriate business license (for all other states), before we can process your order.
Fax a copy of your resale license (for Texas), we will send you a resale card to fill out, then return to us as soon as possible.
Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Shipping: We ship via UPS, all orders are shipped F.O.B. San Antonio, TX Changes or cancellations to orders, after they are packed and ready to ship result in a 20% restocking charge.
Claims, Returns, Authorization, Inquiries, and Shipping Errors: All sales are final. We will repair or replace defective merchandise if notified within forty-eight (48) hours of your receipt of the shipment. We do not exchange items or issue store credits or refunds. If an item is shipped in error, we will ship the originally ordered item after you return the merchandise shipped in its original unused condition.
Please Note: When ordering, it is imperative that you enter your billing and delivery information correctly, including apartment or suite numbers, floor numbers or any other information required for delivery. UPS now charges for address correction - we will bill you for that additional charge if it is billed to us. If your address is not correct and your package is returned, you will be charged for re-shipping your order to the corrected address. If your billing address is incorrect, this will cause delays in processing your order.
